Is it Over?

Salut! Salve! Hello! Welcome back to Abbi's Cozy Corner. Today I'll be talking about whether the election is really over.

Joe Biden won over 270 electoral college votes and was declared the president elect. There were celebrations all over the world. Yet, even this week there are people saying that he is not the president and that he did not win. According to an article by CNN,"With the margin being so close, it will require a full by hand recount in each county," Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, said at a news conference in Atlanta." Why is it that in 2016, when Donnie won no one decided to recount the votes and by hand. 

It makes me nervous because what happens when even after counting by hand, Biden still leads in Georgia? What are the Republicans going to do next?
